Internet blinking red

Hi,

Sorry if I write in English,

I entered a vìVodafone contract for Internet Kabel. After following the installation of the router, I get a red blinking internet LED. I tried all the steps online and called the assistance that however speaks only German.

Does somebody knows how to solve this problem?
