Hello,
we activated a new cable internet connection in 10245 Berlin but internet is not available. We contacted the client helpdesk and a technician came today. After checking in the basement he left and did not come back. We followed up again with the helpdesk and the 3rd-party company that is providing the service and apparently the cable in the distribution cabinet in the basement is damaged and will need to replaced or fixed. The service company was unable to say when the repair can be made. We urgently need internet access. Can one of the moderator please help to find a solution? Thank you!
