Hello,
From Past one week Internet is not stable or no Internet most of the time Internet light / phone light keeps blinking. restarted multiple time but no use, have been connecting via phone hotspot. It is getting really difficult to work with this unstable internet. I am finding I am just wasting by paying 49euro per month for no Internet. Also spending extra money for the mobile hotspot.

there is a fault in the return channel (upstream) in your area. The technical department is in the process of fixing the problem. Unfortunately, there is no prognosis as to when it will be up and running again. You will receive an SMS when the colleagues finally solve the problem.

Last week almost whole week I had no internet, but yesterday Internet went down at 11:53 and it was restored at 13:41.

your modem had a reboot yesterday around 5 p.m., was there another outage? I checked another modem in the building which had no problems. I would replace the modem as a first step, shall I make the task?

Yes rotuer rebooted automatcially this happens very often. It would be help if you can replace the router.
