Problem with a new box

Hi,

I just received my internet box and internet is realy bad, some site work wel well other are very slow and other do not work at all.
Is that normal at first ?

ps: The chat bot cannot help and as I don't speak german well enough I cannot navigate through the hotline

are both WiFi and the ethernet connection affected? Please also send the details from the thread Alles rund um Störungsmeldungen.

hi,
I cannot test the ethernet connection, as I don't have any ethernet device,
I live in the Saar state zipcode : 66121
my contract is the internet 150, and I have the Fritz!box router provided by vodafone
all my devices are connected with WLAN
The problemis there since the activation of the contract (yesterday)
I tried to contact the watsapp chat bot but it keep asking me to call the hotline which I cannot as I don't speak german

from the looks of it you are using a dsl contract - not internet via cable.

This landline was never activated. I did not make any changes to this contract.
You were most likely surfing on the connection of the previous teanant.
