Hello team, I have been trying to get help from you because my internet has been failing since Friday. I have not received any response from any personnel from Vodafone yet since I called you last Friday.

The technician told me they had an issue in the area but since that day I have not been able to work from home nor have internet,

I need your help as soon as possible or at least a proposal such as a SIM card so I can get connected - free internet - while the disruption continues.
