I've waited for 4 weeks for the Technician to come to my apartment to have my 1st ever internet connection here in Germany yesterday.
Technician left and I had internet but only got at least 40Mbps for 2 hours, my contract is 100Mbps. After that I have intermittent connection until now.
When I use facebook messenger and microsoft teams to have calls, I can't understand the person I am talking to because of the intermittent connection. The line is choppy.
