I just had charged my Call ya with 50€ before coming to Doha.
just landed, opened WhatsApp and was charged 59€ for it!
I didn't downloaded a movie or did any FaceTime . Just turned WhatsApp on still in the airplane and got charged 59€. It does not make sense.
how can I proceed to have a check on this and a refund? Otherwise I will simply cancel this card. It is nonsense.
kind regards,
elson

You got charged for any data that got transferred in accordance to the price list.
A short table for the prices applying abroad for roaming can be found here:
https://www.vodafone.de/privat/service/callya-vodafone-world.html
Katar is within Data Zone 3 - which means 0,94 € / 50 kB or approximately 18,80 € / MB.
If WhatsApp transferred roughly 3 MB of data, then the 59 € would be the appropriate price in accordance to the price list.

There won't be a refund for a service that you used and that price could've been easily accessed from the price list.

What did you think what roaming outside of Germany would cost?
Roaming is expensive - that's why you usually don't use your mobile without extra roaming plans or options abroad. Usually you'll apply for local SIM cards - as roaming is very expensive.
Same for calls from Katar - 4,32 €/min...

Hi @Roaming,
additional hint at @reneromann post:
I recommend to use a local prepaid card and also using as soon as you can WiFi networks (is cheaper as roaming).
And when you are back in Germany your can use your CallYa prepaid card again.
