Hello,
Sorry for writing in English, my German is not good enough,
I want to cancel my "Sicherheitspaket", for this I tried to contact with AI bot, but she said to call a number, which operator speaks German, and I couldn't find my way throught it, I searched on forum and in most of answers says there is a contact form for this, but I can't find it, even help in MeinVodafone shows steps which I do not have in my account.
Can somebody please help here, I want to cancel this Sicherheitspaket.

you can cancel the security package via the contact form. Actually, it should also be possible in MeinVodafone for you to end the booked option.

Thank you for response,
The link to 'contact form' shows me this page, (i'm logged into my account)
which does not have any option to cancel Sicherheitspaket.
Also "MeinVodafone" only shows which services I have and no any options or buttons to cancel it.

Nobody knows how to cancel it really?
is it foreced service or trap? why I can't cancel it?
