you created the password yourself when you registered and entered your details and address.
To change it fill out the following form: https://www.vodafone.de/infofaxe/265.pdf (Please add a copy of your identity card!) and send it to us via the contact form: http://vod.af/Kontakt
Use the number 265 instead of the customer password there.
