Hello,
currently I have cable internet contract. I have moved yesterday to a new apartment which doesn't have cable connection, but has DSL connection.
Last week I gave my new address through Umzugsservice online, but I didn't get any email or call.
I tryed again Umzugsservice online yeaterday, but there is no reply so far.
I have already moved in a new apartment yesterday, and now I have no internet connectiom at home....
Is it possible to chang my contract cable to DSL? What should I do now?

Have you also completed the move notification? You have to be a little patient before this is processed.
Unfortunately, experience has shown that switching to DSL takes at least 3 weeks, as the line only has to be booked with Telekom (after you have placed your order). If no corresponding port is free, no DSL line can be switched.
Is there a cable connection in your house, what does the availability check on vodafone.de say for your address?
