Hello,
I moved to a new apartment and it has been a real strugle. I went to vodafone shop to inform them of this and they told me its better to cancel my old contract with no fees and I sign a new contract for a cable internet. I waited 10 days to receive the box and when I finally received it there is no internet. I followed the instructions I plugged the router in 2 different plugs for internet, on one of them I even installed the jack that VOdafone provided and that doesnt work either. What am I suppose to do? Can someone please help.

That's stupid, the Vodafone shop gave you a new contract with no cancellation option, but you just had to report your move to customer service. In the worst case scenario, you now have two contracts, one at the old address and the other at the new address.
I'll keep my fingers crossed that the mods may get this solved. Please write which federal state you come from.

I can gladly take a look at the connection Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.
