Can you please help to unlock myvodafone account it is currently showing this message

Your customer account is blocked. At the moment you can only use it to a limited extent and you cannot make any changes

In most cases this is because your customer account has a backlog of more than € 75.

Are you sure, have you checked your bills and your bank account statement?

I tooke the new contract with unitymedia. Due to recent update with vodafone-unitymedia my direct SEPA payment was not updated. And I am unable process the payment for the Apr-2021.

But I already done the payment for Apr-2021 with bank transfer.

And I try to update my payment settings to change SEPA. It is showing this message.
