Hi,
I have an existing kabel internet contract with Vodafone. I recently moved to a different city and I received a new Contract number. When I try to add this to my online account, it asks for an activation key. I haven't received it. Could you please help me here?

Hi,
what do you mean exactly with „contract number“? The customer number (Kundennummer)?
If yes, you can enter your customer number and the security code here and you will receive a new activation key.
