Transfering out of germany, contract cancellation

Schönen abend,

I am still within my two year contract period in Berlin. However the company I am working for, is downsizing Berlin, and I need to transfer out of the country. This is out of my control, I believe in such occasion I will be allowed to withdraw my contract. How can I proceed?

I am moving out of Germany in the end of November, and I will be transfering to switzerland.

You must report your move to Vodafone, the sooner the better. From the day of the notification, you have a period of 1 month to the end of the contract.
