Tariff Change

Hi, good afternoon.

In my current tariff I am paying 69,90 € per month for 1000 Mbit/s. However, there are current rates at "49,99 € die ersten 6 Monate nur 19,99 €". How can I change to this tariff, given that it is the same service and cheaper?

I am in Bayern. My contract is running since January 16. 2020 i.e. around 14 months.

Hi,

ok, the contract has a term of 24 months. Only at the end of this period you can change to the current products at a lower price. However, then also not with the discounted price for the first months. This only applies to new customers.

Thanks for the reply.

I guess it is better to change to another operator after the 24 months period and benefit from additional discounts. It is totally unfair that the new prices are not reflected in old contracts. You cannot seriously expect that a Client that sees other consumers paying 20 euros less for the same service for a year will continue with your service.
