Hello Community,
As this is my first post here, I kindly request you to excuse me if this post doesnt come under the proper thread.
I am a Vodafone Kable customer. I have moved my residence recently. But there is no Cable connection at the new address. I have given a Umzug Auftrag and it went smoothly. There is only a DSL connection at my new house.
I would kindly request to know the procedure for changing Vodafone Cable to DSL connection. I need to work from home and my employer is running out of patience. So Would really be good if anyone can help me with this as soon as possible.

thanks for your pm, especially the second one with the email of your landlord.
So at least we can cancel the cable internet contract immediately. For the DSL-contract I'll inform the responsible colleagues again.

Hello Stephan,
I got an email from Vodafone cable Deutschland. They have cancelled my internet contract effective immediately on 16.07.2021.
I would like to thank you for your help.
How should I proceed further ? Do i contact Vodafone DSL with the same customer account and details that I had for cable ? Or should I apply for a completely new DSL internet connection for my current address?
I will send my router and its contents back to Vodafone on 17.07.2021.

Hello Abinav,
return our device within 14 days.
You can apply for a DSL connection online. You will then also receive a new customer number for this contract.
