Hello Community,
As this is my first post here, I kindly request you to excuse me if this post doesnt come under the proper thread.
I am a Vodafone Kable customer. I have moved my residence recently. But there is no Cable connection at the new address. I have given a Umzug Auftrag and it went smoothly. There is only a DSL connection at my new house.
I would kindly request to know the procedure for changing Vodafone Cable to DSL connection. I need to work from home and my employer is running out of patience. So Would really be good if anyone can help me with this as soon as possible.

Hello Grit,
I am from mecklenburg-vorpommern. Yes I have reported the move. But there is no cable internet connection in my house. There is only DSL connection. By connection i mean the port provided for internet. There is only a telephone line. There is no multimedia outlet. No provision to bring in the cable.
I have spoken to the landlord and they say it might not be possible to bring in cable connection.

It has bee more than 10 days since our conversation. I have not received any calls or emails from vodafone DSL team yet. Can you please provide me an update as soon as possible.

Hi Abinav,
thanks for your response and sorry for the delay.
I took a deeper look in the technical details. There is no response in the installation order that says definitely, that the cable internet won't work there.
The house itself is connected to our network. An earlier install order was cancelled by yourself. There is definitely another visit from our technicians necessary. This colleagues will contact you.

Thanks for the response.
I cancelled a ticket yes, but was immediately given a new one. A technician came on 30.06.2021 from Kuni's electronics. (External Vodafoen service)
I will send you the details of the order number and also a written email from my landlord about the unavailability of cable internet in the HinterHaus.
I kindly request you to process it as soon as possible.
