Hi team,
I have already sent a mail on 08.06.2021 to the customer service team regarding a vodafone connection which was provided by an agent who visited my apartment with false information.
Attached letter contains all the information with regards to the mislead situation.
Appreciate if this can be resolved ASAP as i am now in a situation where i am paying for two internet connections.
