Dear Vodafone!
currently I'm using Unitymedia 2Play FLY 400, (customer number: ***)
I am moving from Wuppertal to Düsseldorf next month (1st MARCH)
actually I wanted to bring this connection with me to new flat,
unfortunately I was informed that I can't transfer it to a new address,
so seems like cancellation of the contract is the only option, but I have one more year of contract left.
can I cancel it as soon as possible before it ends?

Please report the move on the Unitymedia homepage, you are staying in the catchment area of Vodafone West in North Rhine-Westphalia. You will be charged € 39.99 for the move, nothing changes in the duration of your tariff.

but as I described above, seems like my contract doesn't allow me to move the internet connection.
also I've tried several times to apply for a moving service.
but it keeps saying there's something wrong.

That isn't good, but I think a Mod can solve this for you. Please be patient, it can currently take a few days for a mod to respond.
