I have transferred my complete contract in the year 2019 September to a different person as I don't live the old address anymore. Its been more than a year but every month I still receive 14+ euros bill for using nothing.. it's been a huge loss for me and I tried calling customer care multiple times but no help...
I would request to cancel all the contract which is in my name. And if possible you can issue a refund I really appreciate that.
Really had a hard and bad experience with vodafone ☹️

was the transfer of the contract also ordered? Did the person who wanted to take over the contract fill out all the paperwork and send it back? Did she also provide new bank details? Were there several contracts? Was the transfer of the contract ordered for all contracts? Were there several contracts? Was the transfer of contracts ordered for all contracts?
You didn't just move and leave the contract including hardware to the next tenant? Sorry, i don't want to accuse you of anything, but these cases are incredibly common.
