hello team,
I recently ordered Vodafone Kabel Internet and the router was sent to the my address but my bad that the lable on the bell for my name was missing . Due to reason, the router has now been returned.
Can you please help me again in sending the router back again on the same address to me so that I can recieve it .
PS - I have already tried contacting the customer care but lack of German skills led to no result.
