Keeping the cancelled contract

Hello there,

have troubles reaching the hotline, therefore will ask this question here (sorry for English). I have an active Unitimedia contract (cable Internet), which lasts until August 2021. Due to issue with Internet this summer I requested a cancellation and got a new provider. Received a confirmation letter, that my contract will not be prolonged, after it expires in August 2021. But I have to admit, that internet by Unitimedia is still better than the alternative, so now I want to recall back my cancellation, and keep my contract with Unitimedia - I do not want it  cancelled as of August anymore, I'd rather had it prolonged further.

What I need to do, to revert my decision and keep the contract?

Hi Ida,

Thank you for answering here. Several days ago I finally succeeded to reach the hotline and explain what I wanted - it is resolved now with the help of a lady form custoemr service.

I now got a new contract and the new device (came by post).

Would be cool if someone from Unitimedia answered here with the advice. It is impossible to get the answer on the hotline - I was waiting is up to 30 min with no reply and was hanging up. This is a bit ridiculous.
