Hi,

 

around 1 month ago our internet stopped working. We attempted to contact vodafone several times only to find the service busy.

 

finally 2 weeks ago I spoke with someone about our problem. The problem seemed to be with the EasyBox 804, which was showing three green lights and the red light at the bottom constantly.

 

I reported this, and the contact at vodafone told me it would be better to switch to Kabel. We opted to do this.

 

we were told a technician would come and connect us, but instead we got a letter from Kedig saying we'd need to pay 17 euro a month for the internet in addition to the Vodafone tarif.

 

this was not explained to me initially, and I would like to change my contract. Is it possible to switch back to DSL easily?

I've called 4 times today, and 4 people have hung up on me while I'm talking. This is terrible service. I want to cancel my contract immediately.

whether you can simply switch to DSL is questionable. Unfortunately, we can't take a look at the whole thing here, so it's best to come to us via Facebook or Twitter.
