How to downgrade tariff

Hi,

I'm currently using Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable which I got from corporate benefits. Yesterday I received an email reminding me that I can chose to free downgrade since 6 month period is approaching by directly contacting Vodafone support. I tried but couldn't get to any English speaking staff. I also looked in my portal but the option to downgrade wasn't there.

 

My questions are:

  1. What are the downgrade options available to me in terms of both speed and costs?
  2. How can I downgrade if I chose to?
