According to my contract, my monthly cost is 29.99 euros. As you can see in the attachment, I paid this amount last month. But I paid more this month. I called customer service, they said 50 euros according to my contract. How it is changed without information to me?

Has the new customer discount for the first six months expired? After that, the contract costs the regular list price. You can find the details in your order confirmation.
You can also find everything itemized on your invoice.

first of all, please take a look at your order confirmation. In your customer portal you will find your invoices for retrieval. The individual items are also broken down there.
