[English support] Internet contract termination as I'm moving out of Germany

Hello. I am moving out of Germany soon. As such, I want to terminate my Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable contract. 

Could you provide me with instructions on how to do so?

You need to tell us the moving date and send us a copie of the deregistration from Germany so we have a proof.

I sent the required document and information via WhatsApp. But there has been no progress since then.

I guess I still need to send back the router? If so, could you let me know the address for it? I am leaving Germany very soon...
