[English] Router returned to Vodafone. What to do now

I did not receive my router, so DHL returned it to Vodafone. I have been trying to contact Customer Service but i don't speak any german yet. 

What should i do now so that Vodafone sends it to me again ? 

Also, is there an option so that i can pick it up myself ?

please contact your colleagues on Facebook or Twitter. They can then look and answer also English. Alternatively, you can try it via TOBi and a translation program, since there is support in German.
