Change of address (moving abroad) + Early termination

Hello,

My contract ends at the end of September but I move out already from my flat next week.

Questions:

- Where can I send my new address and phone details ? I cannot change it in my account online

- When I get the Abmeldung letter from the Bürgeramt, where can I send it so that I can stop earlier the contract ? 

- I have read that you need a confirmation that your contract ends ealier before sending the device, is it correct ?
