Hi,
I am moving abroad on 29.04 and will come back to Germany.
Therefore I would like to terminate my contract which was supposed to end on 11.02.2023.
Could you please explain to me the procedure to cancel it in time and how to return the goods?
Moreover, how long will I have to pay after I cancel the contract?

Hi Mathilde,
please notify us of your move via the relocation portal. Our colleagues will then adjust your cancellation accordingly. The term is one month from the date of notification.

Thanks for the reply.
My relocation abroad is very late minute.
The formular mentioned a 4 week timeframe from the date of notification.
Could Vodafone make sure to send all the relevant information earlier than this?

Thanks, I just sent the information requested.
I think so but I am not sure.
I will post the router on Monday and wanted to know whether I will get a shipment label from Vodafone or needed to pay it myself.
