Hello,
The other day I received a call to upgrade to CableMax 1000 and I accepted, the contract started on 19/07/2022.
As of today, the connection is still the same as before this new contract ( around 300mb download.)
From what I understood from the call I should receive a new modem or a technician visit, but as of today, I didn't receive any kind of notification or visit.
What is the procedure and which information do you need?
