GigaTV 4K Box does not complete startup

Hi, after a few days of operation (new cusotmer) the box claimed to be downloading new software (while I was wastching TV), but never recovered from it.
The light scrolls right to left and back
Power, cable, disconnect have no impact
pressing reset for 20 sec. has no impact 
It just keeps scrolling.
The TV reports no signal
Internet works fine.

How do I get the thing to work?

welcome to the forum, I can take a look at it. Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
