Hi Vodafone team 
 
I have been charged wrongly on 12/14/2022. My cable internet was not working and I wanted technical support for the same as called the customer support.
 
Customer care support person instead of providing technical support, created a new order of Gigacube for me.
 
I have not accepted the Gigacube device from DHL and want to cancel the order number xxx. Please cancel and refund the amount which is unnecessarily charged.

Not accepting a parcel does NOT constitute a withdrawal...

 

You would have been required to proceed with the correct withdrawal procedure (e.g. sending an email to a specific address -or- sending a letter to a specific address and explicitly inform Vodafone about the withdrawal).
