I want to cancel my DSL before activation date(20.02.2024). I received contract confirmation on 02.02.2024. Kindly help me for the solution.

As Service has not been activated yet Can you please help me to find a way to cancel the contract? I am moving to new home due to job change and there is already a internet connection from my company.
