Hi,
Please excuse my English. I've had the Vodafone Station for over 1 year now, and it is continuously giving issues now. I have the 1000Mbps Kabel connection, but I can never get more than 10Mbps from 10 meters away via wifi. I'm also experiencing constant Packet Loss and have to reboot the router almost daily. I do not think that I have the Wifi 6 model and would like to try it out before having to throw €30 at swopping it out for a Fritzbox and adding to my monthly bill.
Another Question: Can I purchase a router online and connect it via Ethernet to the Vodafone Station, and use the new router for WLAN (and disable WLAN on the Station)?

If you live in the VFD/ex-KDG area (i.e. anywhere in Germany except North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse or Baden Württemberg), you can put the Vodafone station in bridge mode and use your own router behind it. If you have activated the home spot, it must be canceled first, which takes 7 days. After that, the bridge mode is then available.
If you have activated bridge mode for the Vodafone station in MeinKabel, it will restart. If you then connect the router, you may still have to reboot the station again. Then set your own router so that the IPv4 address (in bridge mode you only have IPv4) is obtained via DHCP.
The station's WLAN is automatically deactivated in bridge mode.

Hello Lloyd_A,
Please answer the questions from this post. Then we can assign you better.
Instead of our router, you can only connect your own Fritz!Box or rent one.
Many greetings Jana

I live in Düsseldorf, NRW. So unfortunately that might not work. Is there no way to get my Vodafone Station router replaced for the newer model?

@Jana478 Is there any way we could resolve this issue?

HI Lloyd_A,
sorry for the wait. Unfortunately, we currently need a little longer to respond.
The option we have here is that we replace your router free of charge. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that you actually get a Vodafone station with Wifi 6?
Kind regards
R4mona

first of all thank you very much for your private message.
So that we can access your customer account and initiate the exchange of your router, we still need your name, address, date of birth, state and current cell phone number via PN .
Kind regards
