Hello everyone,
I'm sorry for writing in english but I'm still learning Deutch and do not want to use translator.
Last week I found that router (Vodafone Station) is no longer working. I can not get thru this call mashine to speak with someone so I wrote message to support via website form on 17.06 and till now I have no answer.
To make it short:
- only one white led is on (power)
- after switching of for few minutes and then on all lights blink fo 1 second and then off again ('internet' led blink red)
- reset does not work
- there is no SSID from the router so is no possible to connect to the router
Looks like is broken completely.. Could someone, please, help me with this and send technician or exchange the router? I have Vodafone CableMax 1000.

I can gladly take a look at the connection 😉 Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?

Yes @Ida the router was changed to new one and everything is perfect now

Hi! I have the same problem as OP, cannot get through the calling help.
Our router doesn't work because we need a different connection, could you help me?
