No support for english speakers??

I'm stuck with a terrible internet connection and no support provided in english either through phone, chat or email. Is there no support channel where i can contact someone in english?

Usually all contracts -no matter which type of connection- are only signed with German as single contractual language. This also means that support only has to be provided in German language - support in any other language, including English, is provided on a best-effort base, which obviously includes that there's no support at all for any other language except German.
