Hi,
Recently, i moved into new apartment (2 months before). I took the vodafone contract immediately. I connected the router and there is no internet. I raised the complaint to vodafone, then the vodafone asked the technician (from an another company in berlin) to check. The technician visited my apartment and confirmed that the internet cable to my apartment got disconnected 6meters from my apartment. Then vodafone told me that they are not going to repair. The technician company also confirmed that they are not going to repair or replace the cable. My apartment people also told that they are not going to repair. Now what should i do? it had been 2 months and i don't have internet in my home. Because of my language problem (doesn't speak german fluently), it seems this also add additional problem. vodafone customer service is not allowing me to talk in english . Also i thought for gigacube LTE connection but it is expensive and the signal to my apartment is not that good (because my vodafone sim card is most of the time in 'E' not '4G or LTE'). Is there any solution? to get internet via cable.
thanks in advance.

It's not about if your landlord doesn't want to replace the cable but he is the one that has to replace the cable.
Please look at your rental documents - if the cable outlet is part of your rental agreement, he is even required to fix the issue immediately or you are allowed to lower your rent.
