DOCSIS Offline

Hello,

Since 2 days ago I have problems with my internet connection, it worked fine for 3 years.

I have restarted the router and also reset it few times, but the INTERNET LED on it still stays RED and is blinking.

If I´m connecting on the router looks like DOCSIS is offline.

I also have unplugged/plugged the cables but nothing is solved.

Can someone help on this? Should I provide more information?
