Contact Form not working

Hi,

I have been trying to invoice issue with contact form for 3-4 weeks. When I press submit, it gives the error: 

Fehler:

Ihre Anfrage konnte leider nicht korrekt gespeichert/zugestellt werden!

I have tried on chrome, firefox, edge, private browsing. Nothing worked. Can someone please guide how to fix this?

Try to not use paragraphs or any form of text formatting.
