may I ask you at first which problem you have with the easybox?

Did you try a factory reset?

Hi!
The problem that I am losing internet wi-fi signal every 1.5 hours (followed by a 5 minutes reactivation period). It happens on different devices connected to the easy box 804. I tried to turn off/reset the device but the problem persist.

if the problemes survive even a factory reset, its most likely a defect of the router.

If a rented router or still under guarantee im happy to swap it.
