Good evening
I have a problem, few days ago I have received my modem after signing new contract in Vodafone store.
I connected the contract to my internet Vodafone account but I don t have the button to insert activation code mic on my screen.
I connected the modem to the phone line(I think it s old type of line, not round connector ) and basically I see all the time the internet light red on the modem.
So I don t know what to make anymore, please help me

I'm sorry to hear that your landline is not working properly.
Are you using internet via dsl , or via cable?
Could you please tell me the name of the tariff you are using?
I'll move the thread in the correct board & my colleagues will have a look into this.
