Dear Madam/Sir,
Recently we have been facing some internet issues with O2 and were considering moving out of it. One of your colleagues approached me and offered the Vodafone internet connection by cancelling my existing O2. He told me that everything would be taken care of by Vodafone and that I wouldn’t need to pay the monthly charges until I paid for O2. However, this is not the case. I am ending up paying for both O2 and Vodafone without having the connection. I am paying for O2 as my contract has not ended and for Vodafone again. Could you please help me with this?
