Good afternoon,
I have a DSL contract under processing status.
I had the installation day at 08/02,I took a day free to wait for the tehnical service.
They supposed to come between 12:00 - 17:00.
At 17:00 I found out that they'll not arrive anymore,and I'll have new appointment on 14/02.
I cannot afford to ask for another day free from work to wait for them on 14/02.
Because the contract is still in processing status,please cancel my contract.
(I wrote already a mail to widerruf@vodafone.com,did not receive any feedback by now.
I also tried the contact form from the website,did not receive a feedback either)
Can you please cancel my current contract?
In the near future I'll most likely get a Gigabox,it's more easier for me.

Hey DanIonut,
It's a shame you canceled. With another provider, however, a technician from Telekom will have to come to you. I'm sorry it didn't work out for us the first time.
Your e-mail to widerruf@vodafone.com was correct. Currently it takes longer to get an answer. Please be patient.
