Hi Team,
My self Kumar, I made a DSL contract with Vodafone on 15th February, 2024 and appointment date was March 4, 2024. The Day came, Telekom partner came to my apartment and tried to activate the DSL connection. Sadly due to technical issues at my address the connection set up was not successful, On the same day visited one of the nearest Vodafone store and got a information like DSL connection was not possible at my address. So, Vodafone executive suggested me like switch to Gigacube contract and cancelled the DSL contract on March 18, 20224. The router returned back to the Vodafone team.
Yesterday got a notification from my bank like Vodafone GmbH deducted 21Euros on March 26, 2024.
Can you please have a look and do me the needful.
