My contract was opened on the 17th March with Vodaphone for Internet.
I am told that a technician must come to open the connection.
I have not been contacted about an appointment yet.
I have phoned now three times to ask when someone will come, however the customer service does not know and also remark that it is strange that no one has yet contacted me.
How long does installation normally take? How can i contact the technician to set an installation date?

thanks for your pm.
Unfortunately, we can't provide you with cable internet at your address. The whole order at this address is a mistake and you shouldn’t have been able to order a contract for that address in the first place.
Unfortunately, I have to cancel the order, as it is technically impossible to implement.

That's dissapointing, but thanks for telling me. It would have been good to know earlier, as i also have no internet at home thanks to this delay.
Will you add a document confirming the cancellation in my account? I see it has been cancelled in my account, but there is no official documentation of this that i can keep for my records. Can you provide such a document?
