Hi Vodafone team,
I am currently overseas and given current COVID circumstances I won’t use my wifi hotspot flat service. I need information about how to temporarily cancel my service until I am back.

There is no special cancellation right that I'm aware of - but as far as I remember, the HotSpot flat can be cancelled every month. So the easiest way would be to cancel the flat and re-book it if you need it.
