I already have an appointment with technician, but I received a SMS from VF that I can set up the internet by myself, however there is an error about TimeOut keeps coming out. What should I do ? Wait for the technician till Tuesday ? Or there is other solution?

Hi HCKuo,
you will not be able to activate your modem until the connection has been activated by the technician.
So please wait for the appointment and try to activate your modem again afterwards.
