Please, I not even have a cellphone and you are charging me 8,43€ each 7 days! If I go on my "My vodafone" there's no subscription to cancell. I have used it one day in 2018 but paid for the 1 day ticket and now I'm being charged since more than 3 months???? I need to cancell it right now and none are helping me over the phone... they're also being rude as hell!!

Hi FernandoAnholon,

 

Hotspot tickets can only be booked individually for one period. This is not possible automatically. There is also no subscription but always a single ticket which expires after the respective period. So we have nothing to do with the booking.
