Hello,
I have a mobile contract with Vodafone and my service has been off for several weeks. My account seems to be paid up and I went into a store to resolve the issue, but they did not speak english and I do not speak German. I called customer service, but the recorded promps also are in German so I couldn't get through to a person.
Could someone please help?
