Unblock sim

Hi ,

I have unfortunately permanently blocked my sim card as I forgot my pin and PUK number . Please help me unblock it . Unfortunately as I am travelling ,I couldn't go to the vodafone store . Also the customer care number isn't very helpful as I couldn't speak English
